Strawberry Marinade with Seaweed Oil

Recipe for 4 persons:

400g of Plougastel strawberries

10cl of seaweed oil

20g icing sugar

120g strawberry sorbet

Mix the seaweed oil with the icing sugar

Dice the strawberries and marinate them in the mixture

Serve with a few basil leaves and a scoop of strawberry sorbet

Enjoy chilled
