Our partners

  • Exceptional raw materials

Fishermen, shellfish farmers, provide you with the best of their territory while respecting the seasonality. These line-caught sea bass fishermen, producers of abalone, oysters, blue lobster, scallops or sardines and mackerel, select their daily catch, respecting the resource of exceptional raw materials.

  • Moulin Marée

Mareyeur in Lorient for three generations, Moulin Marée has been our privileged partner for fish fillets and seafood. Every day, we receive, in the production workshop of the island of Groix, fish fillets or langoustines for the preparation of our (recipes?) revenues. Facing the island of Groix, Lorient is one of the most emblematic fishing ports in France.

  • Cinq Degrés Ouest

Located in Riec-sur-Belon in Finistère, 5 Degrés Ouest is specialized in blue lobster meat and other crustaceans and shellfish, obtained by a unique process of cold shelling which gives them qualities unmatched in terms of taste and texture.

  • Groix Haliotis

The abalone or sea ear is a precious gastropod whose fishery is strictly regulated and limited, it lives in the shallows or under the rocks of Brittany. Iodized to the inimitable taste, the abalone feeds on seaweed and plant particles. Erwan Tonerre, a passionate halioticulator on the island of Groix, specializes in breeding abalone from spats.

  • Furic Marée

Furic Marée is present on the Breton and Norman fish markets and works on processing fish in his workshops near the fish auction. Delivered every day on the island of Groix, we receive the fish directly from the nets for the preparation of our recipes.

  • Huîtres Cadoret

Jean-Jacques Cadoret has been a producer of oysters on the banks of the Belon river for five generations and he respectfully perpetuates the family tradition, constantly optimizing oyster cultivation techniques. Recognized for their excellence, the Cadoret oysters benefit from unrivaled know-how and quality.
