Candied Scallop raviolis with its fish soup

Elaborated dish Preparation time: 30 min

For 2 persons :

2 pots of Groix & Nature Lobster Confit - 6 sheets of Chinese ravioli - 1 Bisque of Groix & Nature Lobster - fresh cream - leek sauce.

1 - Place 1 teaspoon of Groix & Nature Lobster Confit in the centre of each ravioli.

2 - Wet the edges of the ravioli and fold them into a triangle shape.

3 - Heat the Groix & Nature Lobster Bisque with a little fresh cream and the leek fondue.

4 - Cook the ravioli for about 3 minutes in boiling water.

5 - Drain them and cover them with the Groix & Nature Lobster Bisque and the leek fondue.
