Candied Scallop raviolis with its fish soup

Elaborated dish Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 jars of Groix & Nature candied scallops - 1 Groix & Nature « La Godaille » fish soup - Sour cream - Leek fondue.

1 Place a spoonful of Groix & Nature candied scallops at the center of each ravioli sheet.

2 Wet the ends of the raviolis and fold them into the shape of a triangle.

3 Warm up the Groix & Nature fish soup with a dash of sour cream and the leek fondue aside.

4 Cook the raviolis in boiling water for 3 minutes.

5 Drain the raviolis, then, put them on a serving plate and coat them with the Groix & Nature fish soup, along with the leek fondue.
