Lobster and Langoustine risotto

Preparation time: 30 min Cooking time: 30 min

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 bottle of Groix and Nature Lobster bisque - 2 onions - 200g of risotto

rice - Semi-dried goat cheese - 8 cl of cream - 12 big langoustines

Butter - Olive oil - Salt and pepper.

1 Heat up the Groix and Nature Lobster bisque in 38cl of water

and keep warm while cooking the risotto.

2 Peel and mince the onions finely and cook them in a pan

with butter until soft. Add the rice and continue cooking for 5

more minutes, then pour the Groix and Nature Lobster bisque

gradually while stirring regularly. The cooking lasts around

15-20 minutes and must be done over a rather high flame.

3 Add the cream, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper,

cover and let rest for a few minutes in a warm place while

cooking the langoustines in a hot pan with a dash of olive oil.

4 Serve the risotto with the langoustines placed in the middle.

Sprinkle with goat cheese shavings. Better served really hot!
