Vegetable Pizza with Tholognaise Sauce

Preparation 30 min • Baking time 15 min

For 4 people :

250 g of pizza dough - 100 g of Tholognaise Sauce Groix & Nature - 120 g of slices of pancetta - 60 g of candied artichokes - 50 g of candied eggplants - 30 g of candied peppers - 100 g of tomatoes - 200 g of mozzarella - some basil leaves

1 • Preheat the oven to 220°C (th. 8).
2 • Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough before coating with Groix & Nature Tholognaise Sauce.

3 • Drain the artichokes, eggplants and peppers then place them on the pizza.
4 • Add tomatoes and pancetta slices.
5 • Cover with mozzarella slices ans put in the oven during 12 to 15 min.
6 • Decorate with some basil leaves and enjoy!
