Fish soup - La Godaille
The « Godaille » is the traditional fish soup from Groix island. Cooked according to the tradition, it is rich in mackerel and gurnard flesh, vegetables and white wine, but also spices and condiments.
Prepared without additive, it can be enjoyed plain or served with croutons for a generous dish. Serve hot.

Water, fish (17%), gurnard* (7%), mackerel** (7%), white wine (sulfites), oignons, tomato concentrate, muscadet (sulfites), leeks, shallots, olive oil, Guerande salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, coriander, thyme, saffron, bay-tree.
*Eutrigla gurnardus ou Aspitrigla cuculus origin North East Atlantic Ocean
** Scomber scombrus, origin North East Atlantic Ocean
