Accented with a touch of Espelette pepper, this recipe gives you all the delicate flavours of the langoustine.

water, fresh langoustines* (16,8%), fish, white wine (sulfites), crushed and peeled tomatoes, shallots, carrots, olive oil, armagnac, salt, garlic, pepper, Espelette pepper.
