Rich in White Tuna (33%), the emblematic fish of Groix, this recipe is cooked with white beans and accompanied by a fresh ratatouille made on the island of Groix. The melt-in-your-mouth flavour of the tuna combined with the homemade ratatouille makes this an ideal dish for a simple pleasure.
Brandade from the island of Groix
This traditional recipe is made from cod and potatoes from France. Rich in flavour and with a tasty texture, find the authentic character of this dish thanks to the addition of Haddock (4%) which gives it an original note.
